According to Google Trends, the term \u201canalog hobbies<\/a>\u201c saw a significant spike in January 2026. Ironically, these activities are trending<\/a> on TikTok, the exact platform users are trying to spend less time on. While the app is great for how-tos on stitches, sharing progress via WIP (work-in-progress) Wednesday and gaining inspiration for future crafts and activities, it’s the doomscroll aspect that individuals are seeking less of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
