Hi, I’m Cora Astin!
I’m a marketing and communications professional with a background in education and non-profits.
Currently, I am pursuing a master’s degree in Emerging Media at the University of Georgia and I’m excited to grow as I learn more about the communications field.

Before beginning my career in marketing and communications, I worked as both an elementary classroom teacher and a children’s librarian in a public library. My background impacts my current work, because I strive for clear and accessible designs.
Moving Forward
Moving forward, I am excited to dive into the world of marketing and communications through graphic design and freelancing. I am looking for roles that continue to use my skill set in a people focused role.
Favorite Part of Communications:
My favorite part of communications is the opportunity to inspire conversation and create connections through graphic design and storytelling. Through my work, I keep the audience at the center of the final product. Designing with accessibility and clarity first while still creating engaging and visually compelling work.
Outside of the Office
When I am not working or studying, I love to spend time with my family and my cat, Sally! I am often busy with reading, traveling, photography, or pouring into the kids I volunteer with!
